“How cool is it when the name of a place actually matches the experience! Perfect Inn truly was a “perfect” experience and this started with the first phone call with Maneesha. She accommodated my request for a first floor, greeted me warmly upon arrival and got me into my room within a few minutes. The room was super clean with modern updates and a comfy bed. And the price was right! For value, location and first class service without first class prices, Perfect Inn is a perfect option close to the Fremont Experience. Thank you again to Maneesha and the rest of the staff, I will return again soon!!”

“I have a small cleaning and painting company and I checked in to work for the weekend and the room was clean with new fixtures from the toilet to the sink everything. The shower had hot water. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets etc. Just a real nice room and I've seen many here in Vegas coming here to work . Marshall was at the front desk he was courteous and respectful. Price was reasonable also. Highly recommend.”

“I gave five stars not because it's a 5 star hotel haha. I just liked that it was a good price, clean sheets, clean room, clean shower. Seems newly renovated. Staff were very nice. Be prepared to leave a deposit for the room but I guess they do that to keep the bad actors out. My deposit was returned.”

“This place is awesome. It's a hidden gem. The owners here are so nice and accommodating, and the rooms are super clean and remodeled. I live about an hour and a half out of town but I drive for Uber and I come here on the weekends. They're always willing to work on price with me and it's a very quiet area. Peaceful I'd give it more stars if I could.”

“Minimalist and clean room. Come with these expectations (standard room) and you'll be happy: 1 towel, small sink, small room. Very clean, bed/bedding was comfy, AC unit is plenty strong. Standing shower is large and gets plenty hot. Parking is a bit tight, but if you go slow it's just fine. Would stay again.”

“Booked for the New Year's, away from the strip!! The room was clean, quiet, no weird smells, heater worked good, love their decor, no problem with hot water, bed was comfortable, the staff was 100% there for any needs during our stayed, overall experience at this location was perfect!! During the day, we found few great places around the area to eat and across by the gas station, there is a nice market with a lot of options to make your stayed even more comfortable( cleaning supplies, food, etc).”

“Its nice very decent and also clean and pretty cheap got some space and also bathroom is clean. Since its Summer when you first walk in its hot but once you turn on the a/c the room becomes fresh in 1 min and also they have cable.”
